Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Dandali hotspot service ("Service") operated by BrowsePoint Nigeria Ltd. ("BrowsePoint", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please disconnect from the network immediately.

2. Service Description

Dandali provides wireless internet access ("WiFi hotspot") at designated locations across Nigeria. The Service includes session-based and subscription-based internet access plans, virtual phone numbers, VoIP calling, SMS messaging, and IPTV streaming.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create a Dandali account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. BrowsePoint requires Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with NCC regulations. You must provide a valid National Identification Number (NIN) or Bank Verification Number (BVN) for identity verification.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Any unlawful purpose or activity prohibited by Nigerian law
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful software
  • Unauthorized access to computer systems or networks
  • Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
  • Downloading or distributing copyrighted material without authorization
  • Activities that consume excessive bandwidth impacting other users
  • Circumventing network security measures or authentication systems

5. Fair Use Policy (FUP)

Unlimited plans are subject to a Fair Use Policy. After exceeding the FUP data threshold (as specified in your plan details), connection speed may be reduced to ensure equitable network access for all users. Standard FUP limit is 30 GB per month. After FUP, speeds are throttled to 1 Mbps.

6. Payment and Billing

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include 7.5% Value Added Tax (VAT). Payments are processed securely through Paystack and Flutterwave. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days for unused portions of subscription plans. Session-based plans are non-refundable once activated. BrowsePoint reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

7. Service Availability

BrowsePoint strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for the hotspot network. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, equipment failure, power outages, or circumstances beyond our control. BrowsePoint is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Dandali brand, logo, software, and all associated content are the property of BrowsePoint Nigeria Ltd. and are protected by Nigerian intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrowsePoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or unauthorized access.

10. Termination

BrowsePoint reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason deemed appropriate. You may terminate your account at any time through the Dandali app.
